Privacy Policy
Effective July 12, 2026
Duromend ("we", "us") provides preventative-maintenance software at duromend.com and through our mobile app. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, password); the maintenance data your organization enters (assets, locations, schedules, work orders, checklist results, meter and temperature readings, photos you attach to work); technical logs needed to run the service (error reports, timestamps); and billing status via Stripe (we never see or store card numbers).
How we use it
Solely to provide the service to your organization: generating work orders, sending the notifications your team configures (assignment alerts, digests, invites, trial reminders), processing subscriptions, and fixing problems. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.
Camera and photos
The app uses your device camera only when you choose to scan an asset QR code or attach a photo to a checklist step. Photos are stored privately for your organization; camera access is never used in the background.
Who processes data for us
Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Netlify (website hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.
Your data is yours
Organization admins can export their data at any time and can delete records within the product. To request account deletion or a full export, email us and we'll complete it within 30 days.
Retention & security
Maintenance records are retained while your organization's account is active (they are the audit trail the product exists to keep). Access is protected by per-organization row-level security; connections are encrypted in transit.
Children
Duromend is a workplace tool and is not directed at children under 13.
